The Rapture and the End of the Age
What is the rapture and where do you find it in the Bible? What happens before and what happens after? Common and important questions to which the Bible clearly speaks. So that we understand what Scripture says, we take the time to examine all four passages in the Bible which speak about the “rapture” or gathering of the church at the end of the age. What we see is that the end times is much simpler than we’ve been told.
Predestination and Prayer: Does prayer for the lost matter?
Do our prayers make a difference? If God knows the future and who will be saved do our prayers for their salvation work? What we’re reminded of is that this is not a joyless duty but there is much fruit that the church reaps as it gets its priorities straight. The Philippians church is commended for their partnership in the gospel and we must learn from their commendation and do likewise.
