Commander of Storm and Sea

Jesus demonstrates his authority and power to prove that he is God in human flesh. He still possession this same authority and power today and it is our task to live in light of Christ’s authority through faith. Passage: Luke 8:22-25

Christ’s Final Words

In Christ’s last words to the apostles we find both correction and encouragement. In response to a bewildered band of apostles, Jesus offers a powerful theology of the kingdom of God and promises to equip them for its advance. These same realities remain true and effective for the church today. Passage: Acts 1:6-11

I Will Build My Church
