Fridays at Chinook LRT
From 3:00-5:00pm on Fridays we set up a “Let’s Talk Truth” table at the Chinook LRT Station. We encourage people to engage with us on any question about religion, culture, Christianity, and the Bible. It is an effective way to communicate the truth of Christ into our lost and blind culture.
Inspiration
Our inspiration for the ministry is Charlie Kirk (1993-2025), who would courageously engage with anyone in a similar way on college campuses. Even as he covered many topics such as economics, politics, and history, his main goal was to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ and see souls saved and lives changed. He was assassinated because he stood for truth, which the world hates, but his legacy lives on in the many young people who came to know Christ through him and the many Christians whom he emboldened.
Get Involved
The men answering questions at the table are usually qualified pastors, but we welcome all believers to come out with us and hand out gospel tracts and pamphlets and converse with people about the gospel. There are always many opportunities to engage with people on the sidewalk! And please pray for this ministry, that we might see God change hearts and minds with His truth.
